Environment Action Team

This team will develop 20 year environment vision ideas and information and will identify the types of strategies that could be used to achieve that vision. This group will focus on Land use and Planning, Air and Environmental Quality, Aesthetics and Architechural Design, Affordable and Workforce Housing. Within these categories they could discuss such things as preservation of open space, redevelopment, area standards, appropriate area of standards for mixed use (both commercial and residential), and could discuss code enforcement, density, architectural requirements for new and old buildings, landscaping, and use of parklands.
